Prices listed and reservations are valid up to 4 passengers. All reservations made online must be accompanied by a credit card for immediate processing. If a credit card is unavailable, please call our office for your reservations. All cancelled reservations are subject to $5 credit processing fee. Rescheduling is complimentary. Please make sure you fully complete the Online Reservation by clicking the ORDER NOW button.
If you book within 24 hours of your desired scheduled pick-up time without finding out availabilities, Metroride is not responsible for non pick up or non availability.

Cancellations: In order to receive a refund, your reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up/arrival time. If reservations are not canceled the full price of the transportation reserved will be charged

If you are being picked up at the airport, Our driver will be waiting for you at your luggage carousel with your name on a sign. Do not leave the baggage area under any circumstances. If you do not see your driver, you must call our office so that we may direct your driver to where you are standing.
All on-line reservations that are canceled are subject to a $5.00 re-stocking fee.
